Thiosinaminum:

A very effective remedy for Tabes dorsalis and improving the associated lightning pains. Also, of great help in treating rectal strictures. The most important indication for using Thiosinaminum is its external and internal use in dissolving scar tissues, tumours, enlarged glands, lupus, strictures, adhesions, ectropion, opacities of cornea, fibroids and ankylosis. It is commonly used for the management of tinnitus of arterio-sclerotic origin accompanied by tinnitus. Deafness caused by the formation of fibrous bands in ear ossicles preventing their free movement or any sort of fibrous change in the ear such as  cicatricial thickening is managed well by this resolvent.
