Return & Exchange Policy

Bakson’s products are non-returnable due to their hygiene, health, personal care, wellness, and consumable nature.

We do not accept cancellation requests if the goods have already been dispatched from our warehouse.

In the event that a non-delivery occurs due to an error on your part (e.g., wrong name, address, etc.), any extra cost incurred by the company for re-delivery shall be borne by the customer placing the order.

If the recipient is not available at the designated address, the courier shall make reasonable attempts to deliver the goods. However, if delivery fails, the goods will be re-delivered at the customer’s expense.

To ensure good service and timely delivery, please provide the correct PIN code and phone number. If you wish to change the shipping address after placing the order, you may email us. The company will accommodate the request only if the goods have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.

If you receive a damaged, defective, wrong, or expired product, you may request a refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery.

To process your request, please email us at customercare@buybakson.com along with:

      Clear images of the product

      Invoice copy

      Inner and outer packaging

      Batch number

Kindly share clear images of the damaged or tampered side of the product or package. Once received, our team will review your request and respond within 48–72 hours. We may contact you to verify the damage or defect before issuing a refund or replacement.

If you received a wrong product, please keep it safe, unused, and undamaged in its original packaging. Retain the invoice and manufacturer’s packaging for a successful pick-up and return.

Returns will not be accepted if:

      The product is damaged

      The invoice is missing

      The batch number or price is tampered

      The original packaging is missing

Please do not use the item for which you have raised a complaint.

If you receive a tampered or opened delivery, the claim must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Products once delivered will not be eligible for refund if they fall under any of the following scenarios:

      Failure to provide adequate information about the case

      Failure to provide required snapshots (invoice, packet, box, etc.)

      Damage due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application

Please note:

      Festive Gift Boxes are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Exchanges due to allergic reactions are not applicable.
