Macrotinum has muscular weakness, excessive restlessness that better by moving about in spite of the weakness, melancholy and irritable, dullness of intellect, these were prominent features. Great restlessness. Whole muscular system seems exhausted after least exertion but the most important distinctive feature is the improvement of symptoms (other than dysmenorrhea pains) by onset of menses.
