Lithium Carbonicum:

The drug is used for chronic rheumatism with heart lesions and rheumatic nodes. It plays a very important role in the vision, treating conditions like photophobia and hemianopia. It is also a very efficient remedy for cystitis, both subacute and chronic.

Lithium carbonicum acts on the heart and relieves rheumatic soreness in the heart region. The characteristic symptom it acts on, is trembling and fluttering in heart.  Apart from this, it is also helpful in treating nodular swelling in joints and swelling and tenderness of finger and toe joints.
