Action of Medicine:

This remedy is indicated in faulty nutrition when there is an excessive excretion of phosphates; the patient is weak and exhausted. It is useful in anaemia especially during convalescence when there is a sense of exhaustion and insomnia. In the tuberculosis of the young, they are tired, weak and complain of a loss of flesh with shortness breath and general exhaustion.
