• Sinusitis. Thick, tenacious secretion from posterior nares to throat.
• Its action on the liver is marked.
• Goitre of puberty and pregnancy.
• Dull, heavy, dragging pain and stiffness particularly across lumbar region. The patient must use his arms in rasing himself from seat.
• General tendency to profuse perspiration and unhealthy skin.
