Gymnema sylvestre:

It is a well-known Sugar killer, an excellent medicine for Diabetes mellitus. Diabetes with feeling of profound weakness, sugar in urine and marked thirst. There are large quantities of urine, full of sugar, passed frequently. Weakness after urination as if urination makes him weak. Urine is copious in quantity, white in colour, of high specific gravity and is loaded with sugar. There is great thirst, drinks water in large quantities.

For cases of diabetic impotency, sexual power weak or gone. The flow of urine and sugar increases after coitus. Also useful in cases of carbuncles and boils with burning and diabetes.
