Action of Medicine:

• In chronic fevers it has a decided action-there is enlargement of the liver and spleen and fever of a mild character appears in the afternoon.
• Symptoms of indigestion with loose and undigested stools or of constipation are present; nausea is a prominent symptom and water comes out from the mouth.
• Diarrhoea with frothy and watery stools, nausea. Colic with worms.
