Action of Medicine:

• This remedy is indicated in headaches that are dependent upon cerebral congestion.
• In cases of epilepsy, laryngeal and pharyngeal irritation, and catarrh with a deep, spasmodic cough that is very severe.
• In acute attacks of chronic bronchitis, when there is rattling in the chest, with difficult and painful expectoration.
• It is of service in cases of pharyngitis, when there is burning of the parts and thick, white, frothy, or stringy mucus.
• Indicated in chronic laryngeal and pharyngeal catarrh, neuralgic headaches, and obesity.
• Constrictive pain in the head, chest, legs, etc.
• Irritable feeling under fingernails; relieved only by biting them.
  
  
• Worse- in the open air, cold air, night. Better- warmth, warm drinks.
