Action of Medicine:

Mur-ac has an affinity for blood, producing septic conditions similar to that found in low fevers with high temperatures and great prostration. Scorbutic states. Muscular exhaustion. Paresis of muscles, including the heart, bladder, tongue, and, in particular, the mouth and anus.
Burnings and tearing pains. Dropsical swelling. Decomposition of fluids. Violent haemorrhages. Pulse rapid and feeble. Pulsations in single parts. Soreness of the body causing restlessness. Frequently changes position, but soon grows weak and very debilitated. Wants to lie down, slides down in bed, eyes fall shut, lower jaw drops.
Mucus membranes of the mouth and digestive tract are dry, bleeding, cracked and deeply ulcerated. Bloody mucus membranes. Bluish tongue, haemorrhoids, ulcers. Involuntary discharges. Involuntary stools while passing urine. Itching of anus and scrotum, not better by scratching.
