Action of Medicine:

This remedy is indicated in scurvy, chronic rheumatism and haemorrhages. Useful in all forms of Dropsy. It has been used in chronic rheumatism especially of the hands and feet. In fevers especially when mouth is dry and parched and the membrane of a dark colour. It has been employed to control post - partum haemorrhages too.
