The respiratory illness Influenza, more commonly referred to as the flu, is caused by influenza viruses. It may result in mild to severe illness, hospitalization, and, in extreme cases, even death. Fever, coughing, sore throat, body aches, exhaustion, and headaches are some of the symptoms. When a person with the virus speaks, coughs, or sneezes, respiratory droplets are released into the air. Keep in mind the following things to alleviate pain:

• Take time to rest and sleep.
• Consume plenty of liquids, such as water, tea, and clear broths.
• Take acetaminophen or ibuprofen, or other over-the-counter pain medicines, to aid with headaches, fever, and muscle pain.
