    • Rheumatism begins in lower limbs and ascends.
    • Red pimples on forehead and cheeks. Stinging sensation when touched.
    • Ankles swollen. Soles painful, can hardly step on them.
    • Gouty pains shoot all through the foot and limb, and in joints but especially small joints.
    • Aggravation at night and from heat of bed.
    • Better from cold and by putting feet in cold water.
