Circulation Drops: Improper blood circulation resulting from blocked arteries can have serious impact on arms and legs. Poor circulation to the legs and feet results in reduced oxygenation of the muscle tissue of the leg, feet & arms, which is experienced as sudden numbness or tingling of hands, feet and fingers or there can be painful leg cramps.

Composition: Adrenalinum 8x, Aesculus hippocastanum 2x, Cuprum aceticum 8x, Secale cornutum 3x, Tabacum 3x, Veratrum album 3x.

Indications: Helps relieve Cramps, especially that associated with disturbances in circulation.

Dosage: 10-15 drops in water, 3 times daily before meals. In severe cases the initial dosage is 10 drops 2 hourly 6 times a day or as prescribed by the physician.

Action of Ingredients: Adrenalinum- The main action of Adrenaline is stimulation of the sympathetic endings, notably the splanchnic area, causing constriction of the peripheral arterioles with resulting rise in blood pressure. Its chief therapeutic use depends on its vasoconstriction action; therefore a most powerful and prompt astringent and haemostatic and invaluable in checking capillary haemorrhages from all parts. Aesculus hip.- Venous stasis general, varicose veins of purple color; everything is slowed down, digestion, Heart, bowels, etc. Torpor and congestion of the liver and portal system. Feels constructed. Heart's action full and heavy, can feel pulsations all over. Aching and soreness in limbs. Cuprum acet.- Violent throbbing and lancinating pains in forehead. Attacks of Angina Pectoris coming on when excited. Secale cornutum- Produces contraction of the unstriped muscular fibers; hence a constringent feeling throughout the whole body. This produces an Anaemic condition, coldness, numbness, petechiae, mortification, gangrene. Tabacum- The nausea, giddiness, death-like pallor, vomiting, icy coldness, and sweat, with the intermittent pulse, are all most characteristic. Palpitation when lying on left side. Pulse intermits, feeble, imperceptible. Acute dilatation caused by shock or violent physical exertion. Veratrum alb.- A perfect picture of collapse, with extreme coldness, blueness, and weakness, is offered by this drug. Postoperative shock with cold sweat on forehead, pale face, rapid, feeble pulse. Cold perspiration on the forehead, with nearly all complaints. Palpitation with anxiety and rapid audible respiration. Pulse irregular, feeble.
