Action of Ingredients:

Alumina: Alumina is effective in addressing colic, particularly resembling painter's colic. It relieves pressing pain experienced in both groins towards the sexual organs. It helps with hard, dry, knotty stools, lack of desire for bowel movements, and difficulty passing even soft stools. Alumina is beneficial for constipation in infants, the elderly with inactive rectum, and women leading sedentary lifestyles.

Bryonia alba: Bryonia alba is useful for constipation characterized by hard, dry stools that appear burnt and feel excessively large. Stools are brown, thick, and may contain blood. Symptoms worsen in the morning, with movement, in hot weather, after being heated, and from consuming cold drinks. It also addresses swollen, sore, and tensive liver regions, along with a burning pain, stitches, and tenderness of the abdominal walls.

Colocynthis: Colocynthis provides relief from intense cutting pain in the abdomen, causing the patient to double over and apply pressure to the abdomen. It creates a sensation as if stones are grinding together in the abdomen and could potentially burst. It alleviates the feeling of bruised intestines and addresses colic accompanied by cramps in the calves. Colocynthis is particularly effective for cutting pain in the abdomen, especially following episodes of anger.

Magnesium phos.: Magnesium phos refers to a homeopathic remedy made from magnesium phosphate. Magnesium Phos. is a powerful anti-spasmodic remedy that effectively relieves muscle cramps accompanied by radiating pains. It provides relief for flatulent colic, causing the patient to double over, and is eased by rubbing, warmth, and pressure. It addresses bloating, a full sensation in the abdomen, the need to loosen clothing, constant passing of flatus, and constipation in rheumatic subjects due to flatulence and indigestion.

Lycopodium clav.: Lycopodium clav. is beneficial for hard, difficult, small, and incomplete stools. It addresses weak digestion, bulimia accompanied by bloating, pressure in the stomach and a bitter taste in the mouth after eating. Even consuming small amounts of food creates a sensation of fullness.

Merc. subl. corr.: Merc. subl. corr. provides relief from stabbing pain accompanied by chilliness and boring pain in the right groin. It addresses flatulent distention with pain, an enlarged and tender liver that is indurated, jaundice, and deficient bile secretion.

Plumbum acet.: Plumbum acet. likely refers to a homeopathic remedy made from lead acetate, which is a white crystalline powder commonly used in industrial processes. Plumbum acet. is effective for severe pain and muscular cramps associated with gastric ulcers.

Sulphur: Sulphur is characterized by heightened sensitivity to pressure, an internal feeling of rawness and soreness, movements as if something is alive, pain and soreness over the liver, colic after drinking, and frequent but unsuccessful desires for bowel movements. Advice: Complementary Remedies:

For individuals with duodenal ulcer and gastritis, it is recommended to take B2 as an additional supplement. In cases of enterocolitis, alternating with B3 is advised. B10 can be compared for its sedative effects. When experiencing kidney stone colics, it is beneficial to take B14 or Bakson Bakunil syrup in addition or as an alternative.
